Ideal Temperature 16ºC–18ºC
Consumption This wine can be drunk immediately or, if you prefer, you can let it age for 3, 4 years. Good accompaniment to ensopado de Borrego (lamb stew), migas and other Alentejan meat dishes and cured or semi-cured cheese.
Colour Wine which is crystalline in appearance and dark ruby coloured.
Aroma An evolved aroma of red fruits, spices, raisins and jam.
Flavour Smooth tannins, lending it a prolonged aftertaste.
