The label should mention the date of harvest and bottling, and must be approved by IVP. There are two types of L.B.V.: the one that is subject to fining and filtering, in order not to form a deposit in the bottle; and the "Traditional" L.B.V., which is not filtered, having a structure similar to that of Vintage and good ageing potential.
