125 AA is a medium vigour rootstock.
It is known for being a good producer of wood and its response to rooting is also good.
It is not very resistant to active limestone (doesn't bear more than 13%) and is more sensitive to chlorosis than rootstock 5 BB.
It is resistant to moisture, but sensitive to drought. It is not advisable to use this rootstock in heavy, compact soils. |
