Ageing Destemming without crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tank at 25ºC. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in the bottle before being released onto the market.

Consumption A wine which requires elaborate dishes or more intense flavours. Sheep's cheeses with some curing are a good complement, as well as red meats, a skate with coriander or cod with spices.
Aroma This reserve provides us with intense aromas of plums, mature red fruit, wild blackberries and flowers which are revealed under a subtle guise of exotic spices. The tannins are around and in the mouth it is very smooth and elegant with a long, memorable after-taste.
